Malik boyz

2021 started my journey into the urban scene and music videos with Khurram @khurrammmalik and Usman @usman.muzic from the Malik Boyz.

I started my first project with Usman in Philadelphia, who began his music career by combining music with cultural influences from Pakistan/India and mixing it with hip hop beats to create a fusion of both genres. Thru Usman, I was able to meet Khurram in Philadelphia. From there we worked in multiple projects in NYC, Orlando, and Los Angeles.

Together, Usman and Khurram blended their unique styles of music to form the Malik Boyz at a greater scale. As we traveled, we created music videos and media content, collaborated with other artists and producers while on the road and edited content with more connection.

In the video Teri Baaton Mein (pictured left) I was tasked with recording in downtown Orlando which gave a beautiful tropical and urban feel. The video turned out to be a great success with our talent Isis @torresisismarie, Katia @fabulousss_kayyy and editor Alex @alex.danger37. We made it worked with the powerful Sonny A7iii and DJI Ronin gimbal at the rooftop of an apartment and the city center streets. This was an amazing opportunity to create improve shooting with no structure or closed off locations.
